Taranis Share Structure

Taranis has been able to maintain close control of its share structure, owing to low overhead costs, "in-house" exploration, Joint Venture's and other business relationships with other exploration/mining companies.

Item Number of Shares
No. of Shares Outstanding 21,623,260
"Fully Diluted" 28,030,600

What this means to the shareholder, is that because their is not an inordinate amount of market dilution - should Taranis be able to advance one of its exploration projects to development phase - the shareholder will be able to maintain substantial gains on their original investment.

Our business model is based on combining top-quality people with good properties, and working under a tightly held share structure.

Shareholder success is a key part of our corporate philosophy. Mineral exploration can be a very expensive business, and Taranis will expend its money on the projects that most warrant attention and time.
